The kitchen cooks with olive oil, butter and coconut oil. Where palm oil is used it is RSPO-certified. No canola, sunflower or soybean oil. - Free range everything. All meat and eggs come from free-range farms. - Minimal waste. Whole ingredients, repurposed scraps. - Quality ingredients only, sourced locally where possible. Every dish on the day menu carries a macro line (protein, carbs, fibre) and dietary tags, so guests can read what they are eating before they order. The Supper menu deliberately carries no macros: supper is for enjoyment, not for counting. Dietary tags still apply there. ## Menu The menu is organised in five parts, all at https://www.thedoghousebali.com/menu - Hungry: Mains, Sweet & Fresh, Small Bites, Pimp Your Breakfast - Thirsty: Specialty Drinks, Coffee Haus, Tea, Functional Drinks, Super Smoothies, Electrolytes, Cold Pressed Juice, Ready to Drink - Build Your Own: pick a protein, carbs, veggies, gut health, fats and add-ons, sauces and boosters, fruit, and supercharged drinks - A la Bark: the dog menu, with its own food and drinks and a Pay It Forward section - Supper: the evening menu, served Friday and Saturday evenings.
