This page explains what information our website collects, why, and the choices you have. The website is run by The Dog House café, Jl. Tanah Barak No.17A, Canggu, Bali.
When you use our contact, booking, newsletter or waitlist forms, we receive the details you type in, such as your name, email address, phone number, Instagram handle and message. We use them to reply to you and, if you ask to hear from us, to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Form messages are delivered to our inbox by our email provider, Resend. Donations are handled by Donorbox and Stripe, or by Midtrans, who process your payment details. We never see or store your card details.
Essential: our site remembers your language and your cookie choices in your browser. These do not track you and are always on.
Analytics (optional): Google Analytics shows us how many people visit and which pages they use. It only switches on if you allow it.
Marketing (optional): Meta Pixel and Google Ads show us which of our ads bring people to The Dog House. They only switch on if you allow them.
Until you choose, none of the optional cookies are set and none of these tools are loaded.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, or the button below. When you switch a category off, we stop it and remove the cookies it set.
We do not sell your information. It is only shared with the services that run our website and the tools above: Netlify (hosting), Resend (email), Google, Meta, Donorbox, Stripe and Midtrans. Some of these are based outside Indonesia.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@thedoghousebali.com and we will reply as soon as we can.
